In the event that students of Alaaddin Keykubat Univesity and HEP University participated, Dr.Muhsine Itır Ozgen made a presentation on diversity and effective communication skills. We emphasized the significance of basic life skills such as strategic thinking, decision making, empathy, active listening, self-expression, motivation, persuasion, initiative taking, goal setting, respect for diversity, and resilience by using experiential learning tools. We worked on creating a simulation of life with the help of experiential exercises and thus endeavored to draw lessons on relationship management.
